While we are raising funds for a cart, we are currently offering tea and coffee catering with pastries for events big and small, from office perks and corporate wellness days to markets and weddings. Our rotating menu includes globally infused drinks and pastries like Silk Road Chai, Nigerian Zobo, and East African Mandazi. Spice Trade Roasters was born from a love of cooking with spices, years working in hospitality, and travels through East Africa where I met my husband. Every recipe is inspired by the flavors, people, and places that shaped my journey. Our mobile café honors tradition, sparks conversation, and celebrates cultural diversity through every sip.
